Katerina and Andrey chose a garden venue with access to an indoor space for their big day. The stunning venue gave them access to paved footpaths and tree-shaded areas which blended perfectly with their powder blue and white theme. The different areas also served as perfect photo shoot locations.

The pastel splashes displayed around the wedding venue blend harmoniously with the white and powder blue colour palette. Accessories equally tie the overall look together. As seen with one of the fashionable guests donning a pastel-coloured outfit, she wore a golden headpiece that leans more towards a wreath-inspired style. She further accessorized the simple yet elegant look with a gold-toned bracelet alongside a silver watch and rings.

Katerina and Andrey went for a simple yet exquisite floral-themed design for the envelopes and a matching card. The brown blends well with the overall theme and at first glance, the invites give guests an idea about what's in store.

Unconventional options can also work for this theme, including wooden-curved, linen, and acrylic invites. Powder blue envelopes with bevel edges and engraved butterflies or floral prints also evoke the fairytale feel of a powder blue and white affair. Presenting the invitation of choice encased in an acrylic case or custom gift box accompanied with gorgeous flowers is yet another option.

Ceremony Decor for a Powder Blue and White Wedding

Much like Katerina and Andrey's big day, a floral arch accent decked in shades of blue creates a point of interest at the wedding ceremony venue. The typewriter prop for the couple’s photo may steal your heart because it’s a charming touch that creates another focal point. These little details collectively enhance the powder blue and white theme while also bringing out the romantic side of the occasion.

Flowers also reign for such a theme, as displayed by how the pair placed the potted plants next to the white Chiavari chairs. It would have equally been lovely if the pots were embellished with a powder blue design.

It goes without saying that a powder blue and white theme should fully embrace nature. Flowers are naturally the go-to option when decorating a wedding reception venue, and there are also plenty of other ways to fuse the colour palette into the occasion. Bouncing off of Andrey and Katerina's big day, they had floral centerpieces as well as matching framed table numbers.

The white bird-themed candle holder is also another detail that simply makes one fall in love with how the couple used blues and whites during their big day. The bronze chandelier encasing flowers and the hanging lights are also lovely touches.

Food for a Powder Blue and White Wedding

Katerina and Andrey chose garden tea party-inspired wedding food, with a table loaded with mouthwatering baked treats drizzled with a dash of blue and white frosting. The tiered cupcake stand is yet another highlight alongside the blue floral accents displayed around the table. The bottled drinks bring balance to the mix and they fit right into the overall delicate theme.

The literal icing on the cake is when they served a three-tiered masterpiece covered in powder blue fondant. Carrying on with the theme, the cake was adorned with white and blue floral-themed toppings. The blues and whites would also translate well on the linen, tableware, menu, and centerpieces.

Katerina and Andrey’s powder blue and white wedding is one such example. It defines perfection and Anastasiya Belik captured its loveliness flawlessly.

Everything from the gorgeous hydrangea bouquet velvet ribbons to the portrait props like the flower-filled bike and vine-wrapped swing echoed the romance of this wedding. The refreshment table for after the ceremony was exquisite and each and every sweet treat on it played perfectly into Katerina and Andrey’s color palette. And how about that Cinderella moment when Katerina changed into her shimmering blue gown for the reception? Impeccable!
