Best Fine Art Photographers in West Hollywood
Whether it’s a beautifully composed landscape image, a whimsical wedding portrait, or a striking architectural photo, fine art photography presents itself in many forms. There really are no rules about what it can and can’t be but fine art images always stand out from the rest.
Forming part of the Greater Los Angeles area, West Hollywood is home to several talented fine art photographers who are inspired by their backyard and beyond. In this article, we’ll introduce 8 whose work we love, ranging from environmental images to celebrity portraits and everything in between.
Korbin Bielski
Originally from Detroit, Korbin Bielski is a fine art photographer who now calls Los Angeles “home”. He says that his parents nurtured his love of photography by purchasing him an SLR camera and encouraged him to take pictures throughout his neighborhood.
After attending film school in Florida, Korbin pursued a career in film production before deciding to transform his photography hobby into a profession. Rather than post-processing, he prefers to capture the image in-camera, something that comes from shooting film for so many years.
Today, Korbin is renowned for its beautiful black and white images and classic Hollywood-era architecture, as well as regularly photographing the beaches and mountains of Southern California.

Rinder Art
Laurin Rinder is the man behind Rinder Art and has worked with big-name clients that include Tamron, National Geographic, and Walt Disney Co. He grew up in Hollywood and initially pursued a career in music, playing drums with well-known artists and composing music for more than 400 TV shows and feature films. But Laurin has always had a camera in his hand and also studied fine art painting, which has influenced his photographic style and approach.
Aside from his emotion-infused portraits, he’s co-written several books on photography and teaches one-on-one photography classes at his studio in West Hollywood.
Phillip Silverstein
Raised in South Carolina, Phillip Silverstein later moved to Los Angeles where he discovered and developed a passion for photography. It was the ability to narrate through the camera lens that inspired him to photograph the spectacular California coastline before venturing abroad to document a diversity of environments.
Today, Phillip’s portfolio features landscape and architectural images from more than 50 countries and has garnered the attention of numerous private collectors and gallery owners. From the pyramids of Egypt to Rome’s Colosseum, he regularly shoots aerial images and elevated angles that offer a different perspective on some of the globe’s most iconic scenes.
Joshua Shultz
Joshua Shultz first began sharing his fine art portrait photography through Instagram in 2018 featuring images of people who inspired him. Over time, magazines and celebrities began contacting him and his work was showcased to a wider audience.
In addition to his celebrity portraits, Joshua also creates music videos for a variety of artists and has worked with notable people that include Cameron Monaghan, Mod Sun, and Sara Balint. When asked what sets him apart from other fine art photographers, he says: “I don’t compare myself to other artists - I honestly just make art that rings true to myself and that inspires me.”

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Gray Malin now lives in West Hollywood where he works as a fine art photographer specializing in aerial images and photos from remote destinations. A highlight of Nicolette’s portfolio is her engaging images of professionals that showcase their best self.
